“Between ambition and failure, desire and illusion. This is the story of a dreamer, a mermaid who knows what she wants and how to get it.”

Heartbreaker is the brainchild of Alice Pilusi, Paloma Pertot and Niccolò Pagni. The project is developed on multiple media levels and is an eclectic and layered operation. The adventures of a young up and coming star, whose role Alice plays, are narrated through a script that unfolds around the figure of her character, thirsty for fame and power but still immature and fragile. Between unscrupulousness and folklore, animating and overturning stereotypes, her story traces the fears of the three artists and their deepest insecurities, investigating the boundary that separates success from failure.
